Every sale you personally close is yours. Commission follows the sale, not the person who answered the customer first.
Walk-in customers and inbound leads go to whoever is active and available. No shows don't eat.
If your customer returns something, it deducts from your net sales — regardless of who helps process the return.
A returning customer is served by whoever is available. Stay engaged and build relationships to earn repeat business.
