RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your business, your rules

As an ISR you set the terms with your own customers. How you handle returns with them is entirely up to you — price your margins accordingly and you'll be covered.

On the OC Cabinetry side, your wholesale account is governed by our standard terms below. You are responsible for managing any return or exchange request with OC Cabinetry directly — we do not interface with your end customers.

ELIGIBILITY

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery or pickup

Items must be unused, unassembled, uninstalled, and in original packaging

All returns require prior authorization from OC Cabinetry

Clearance and final-sale items are non-returnable

FEES & REFUNDS

Approved returns subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from refund

Refunds issued in the original form of payment

Assembled cabinets are non-refundable — account credit only

Flatpack orders: allow 24 hours for pickup preparation

Pro tip: Most ISRs mirror our 14-day / 20% restocking policy with their own customers and build a small buffer into their margin. That way, even if a return comes through, your profit is protected and the process is clean on both ends.
